These valves made from high-strength forged steel, this valve is suitable for steam, gas, and liquid applications in industries such as oil & gas, power generation, petrochemicals, and chemical processing. The globe valve’s design offers superior throttling capabilities, making it ideal for precise flow regulation.

  • Valve Size: ½" to 2" (DN 15 to DN 50)
  • Pressure Rating:
    • Class 150: Maximum working pressure of 285 psi at 100°F (19.6 bar at 38°C).
    • Class 300: Maximum working pressure of 740 psi at 100°F (51 bar at 38°C).
    • Class 600: Maximum working pressure of 1480 psi at 100°F (102 bar at 38°C).
  • End Connections:
    • Flanged (ASME B16.5 for Class 150, 300, 600)
    • Butt Weld (ASME B16.25)
    • Socket Weld and Threaded (ASME B16.11)
  • Body Material: Forged Carbon Steel (ASTM A105), Stainless Steel (ASTM A182 F316), or Alloy Steel (ASTM A182 F11, F22).
  • Trim Material: Hardened stainless steel or alloy steel for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.
  • Bonnet Type: Bolted bonnet (for easy maintenance) or welded bonnet (for high pressure applications).
  • Stem Type: Rising stem with outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) design for better control and sealing.
  • Packing: Graphite or PTFE, providing reliable sealing for high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
  • Flow Characteristics: Linear, making it ideal for throttling applications.
